How to Access Counselling Sessions

Counselling is available free of charge. You can book a session through:

  1. Campus Clinic – In-person consultations
  2. Chaplain’s Office – Emotional and spiritual support
  3. Human Resources Office – Staff-specific guidance

Booking a Session

  1. Contact one of the offices listed above to schedule an appointment.
  2. Provide basic information about your availability and concerns (kept confidential).
  3. Attend your session at the scheduled time, either in person or virtually (if available).


Confidentiality

All counselling sessions are strictly confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without your consent, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, in accordance with university policy and legal requirements.
